Terms of service

- My art can't be used for AI training or any NFT purposes.
- Do not claim my art as yours.
- Do not sell, trace copy my art\designs.Character designs:- I maintain rights to show sold designs in my portfolio\use as a examples.
- Character design include 2 prices: for personal use and commercial use.
- You can buy design for personal use first and buy commercial rights later.
- You can change design by yourself( or ask other artist to do so). But credit me as original design artist.
- You can resell. But with lower price, unless there are extra art pieces added. (illustrations, vtuber model, reference sheet etc) Also there is no need to notify me about reselling.
- You can trade or gift adoptable.
- I can do small changes to design. Color change is free of charge. Adding\removing some small details +10$ to price.Payment:- I do preferer payment to be made via buymeacoffee.
- If payment can't be made via buymeacoffee, then payment via paypal available.
- I don't do refunds.
- Hold maximun up to one week. If you won't pay after, you'll be added to blacklist.
- As for now i don't offer payment plans.
